Ed Dixon
Senior Director Business Development, TMF Group
Ed began working in India more than 25 years ago, establishing a 300+ person operation in Bangalore for the UK based insurance organisation. Ed joined Sannam S4 in 2011 as Chief Operating Officer, based in New Delhi. In India, Ed was responsible for managing the entire business operations of Sannam S4 across its five offices, overseeing a five-fold expansion in the business and the development of the business into China and Brazil. While in India, Ed was on the Board of the Delhi British Business Group. In April 2015, Ed returned to the UK and was recently an integral part of the senior team that carved out and sold Sannam S4's Seamless business to TMF Group where Ed holds a senior business development role. Ed spends most of his time working with clients and prospective clients establishing and managing their international footprint (across >86 markets). Ed retains a role on the Board of Directors of Sannam S4's Acumen business, which has >200 people in India.
Gautam Sehgal
India Corridor Director, Santander UK
Gautam is the India Corridor Director for Santander UK supporting clients find opportunities and navigate the India market. Passionate about helping SME’s realise their potential in challenging markets, Gautam is also leading the growth solutions development for Santander Navigator, a digital platform to support businesses with all their international growth needs.
Gautam moved from Mumbai to London in 2018 to join Santander UK. Before that, he led the Indian operations of London & Partners (the Mayor’s official promotion agency). As part of this role, Gautam played a key role in developing India as the 2nd largest investor into London with marquee investments from technology, financial services and technology sector. Prior to joining London & Partners, Gautam held leadership positions in Mumbai with ICICI Bank, India’s largest private sector bank, and Tata Motors (Tata Group), where he worked as the country manager for Nepal and Bhutan.
