We will be hearing from Ivor McGettigan, Partner at Al Tamimi & Company. Ivor chairs the Al Tamimi & Co education sector group which advises education providers and stakeholders throughout the Middle East on the full spectrum of legal issues arising in that sector. Ivor supports clients on a wide range of legal issues including setting up in the region, regulatory framework and collaboration arrangements. He has an appreciation of the unique demands within the sector and a focus on finding practical solutions for clients.
