Description

In 2024, the Netherlands maintained its position as the 5th largest economy in the European Union. Renowned for its competitive and stable economy, the country benefits from favourable fiscal policies, well-developed infrastructure, a low unemployment rate, and a highly educated workforce. Its strategic location within the EU has established the Netherlands as a hub for international trade and investment.

Additionally, the Netherlands continues to hold the No. 1 position in the EF English Proficiency Index 2024, the sixth time it has ranked first place since 2011.  This means most people in the Netherlands speak fluent English, making it an attractive destination for foreign businesses looking to start or expand their operations and establish a presence in Europe.

Despite many similarities between our two countries, the Dutch have a distinct way of conducting business that differs from the UK and other nations. This webinar will help you recognise these cultural differences.

You will learn the main characteristics of Dutch business culture and common pitfalls to avoid when dealing with your Dutch counterparts. The session will equip you with strategies to ensure the success of your business venture in the Netherlands.
