Brief description
The City of Sherbrooke wishes to obtain bids in the form of an offer of services with prices presented separately for professional services for laboratory analyses of drinking water, wastewater, leachate and surface water.
The mandate briefly includes laboratory analysis, collection, delivery and supply of sample containers, all in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this call for tenders document.
The term of the contract is three (3) years.
Bids will be evaluated according to a two-stage weighting and evaluation system based on a quality/price ratio more fully described in Chapter 3 of this section.
In summary, the first stage is the qualitative evaluation and the second the price evaluation for bids receiving at least a score of 70/100 for the qualitative evaluation, also known as the "interim score". Two envelopes, one containing the price offer, must therefore be used by bidders.
